Thank you for shopping with myKalingo.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return and replacement policy.

Returns Policy for ExpressYourself Collection

ExpressYourself products are unique and produced only on demand for each order. If the customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. Our third party printing providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items. 

Once an order has been sent to production,  you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, myKalingo is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. The customer is responsible of providing the right information for a smooth ordering process. 

We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like production errors, printing issues and errors. In this case the customer has a 7 days period upon the reception of the item to request a replacement. After this delay no replacement is possible. Due to the covid pandemic, rules around ExpressYourself collection are updated frequently to adapt to health concerns.

We also offer replacement If you don’t receive the article. We will investigate the issue and always try to find the best solution. 

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our address. This will nullify your replacement. We will provide instructions and return address during the return process.

Returns Policy for other  Collections

This section does not cover ExpressYourself Collection(see above).

If you did not receive your order within 60 days, or if it arrives broken or if it’s not as described, we’ll send a replacement or we’ll refund you. For more information see our buyers protection page HERE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and sealed in its original packaging. 
No returns is possible  after 30 days of receiving the items. therefore all returns requests must be initiated before this 30 days delay.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or underwear or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

myKalingo does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Computer laptops, desktops Pc, Phones, tablets,  more than 7 days after delivery
  • Face masks
  • Jewelry 
  • Health and personal care products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.  When receiving an item please video tape while opening the package. So you can transmit that video if requested by Kalingo Customer Care team.
Return claims are done through the store website site.  
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our address. This will nullify your return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items that are defective or items that were damaged when they were delivered to you. 
Exchange claims are sent through the store site.

Gifts 
We only exchange/refund gift items that are defective or items that were damaged when they were delivered to you.

Return Shipping 
During the return process  we will provide you with the address you can return the products. Note that the shipping cost for returns must be uncured by the customer. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If the item is not tracked, we can`t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive the item, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Thank you for understanding.
