Orders are processed in a few hours. So if you cancel it right away that should be fine. But if the order is received and processed and sent for delivery, it can not be cancelled anymore. This usually take 12 hours.

By default orders on Sold out items are not allowed. But if you need an items that is sold out please contact us, we will find a solution.
